The ideal candidates should be entrepreneurial, comfortable with a high-tech environment and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, as a licensed damage insurance professional – with or without a book of business.
Starting from scratch can be quite painful and expensive. At assurUni, a one-time startup fee of $5000 CAD covers all the following expenses:
- 24/7 access to office workstation and conference rooms
- Training and support teams 5 days/week
- Dedicated softphone line
- Applied EPIC, CSR24 and Applied Rating Services software licenses

Upon onboarding and completion of a certification training, our brokers are licensed to sell personal and commercial insurance in both Quebec and Ontario markets.
