I am an Ontario-licensed commercial insurance broker helping small and medium-sized businesses across a variety of industries. I specialize in securing competitive coverage by analyzing risks, navigating underwriting guidelines, and leveraging insurer portals to streamline quotes. I work closely with underwriters to retain renewals, ensure continuity of coverage, and advocate for clients throughout the claims process. I am known for my hands-on approach—explaining policies clearly, identifying coverage gaps, and building solutions tailored to each client’s needs. My recent focus is Toronto’s commercial market, particularly hospitality, bars, and small businesses that benefit from practical guidance and competitive coverage. I also focus on Tech & Cyber Insurance and Professional Liability (E&O), helping clients understand complex exposures and secure tailored protection. Whether supporting professional services offices or technology-driven businesses, I bring clarity and confidence to the insurance process. Before insurance, I spent 11 years in the optometry field, gaining experience in operations, customer service, and managing high-trust client relationships. This background strengthened my communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to provide a calm, supportive experience—qualities that define my approach today. Outside work, I enjoy travelling, golfing, sporting events, discovering new food spots, and spending time with loved ones. I value personal growth and continue expanding my industry knowledge to provide clear guidance and reliable protection for every client. I am proud to serve clients in the GTA and all across Ontario.
Can my broker help me if my situation changes?
Of course. When your life changes, whether you're buying a new home, adding a driver, or growing your business, your broker is there to reassess your needs and make sure you have the best possible coverage.
Can a broker truly understand my specific needs?
That’s their specialty. Whether you're a homeowner, driver, or entrepreneur, the broker takes the time to fully understand your reality. They offer coverage tailored to your situation—not a one-size-fits-all solution.
What happens if I need to make a claim?
Your broker is there for you. In the event of a claim, it guides you through each step. You're never alone.
Is it more expensive to work with a broker?
Not at all. Working with a broker doesn’t cost you anything extra. They are paid by the insurers, not by you. In fact, a broker can often save you money by comparing prices and helping you avoid unnecessary coverage.
Why should I work with an insurance broker instead of going directly to an insurance company?
A broker works for you, not for the insurers. They compare offers from multiple companies to find the best coverage at the best price, based on your specific needs, whether it’s for your home, car, or business. It’s like having your own personal insurance advisor.
